Hello, I have moved this article from Draft to Mainspace. I have WP:COI as a volunteer at VaccinateCA, but I am not paid, and going through WP:AfC is not a requirement, per the discussion at WT:Conflict of interest/Archive 33 and Special:Diff/976340707, which show that there is no existing policy or consensus to require that articles must go through AfC. I have sought other editors' opinions on the article, and they thought the article appears neutral and passes WP:GNG but were hesitant to review directly due to the long AfC backlog.
