Topic software doesn't seem to exist anymore - restructure or delete article?

The software in question has not received any updates since 2014 and cannot be found anywhere; The linked website "vcsonline.com" can no longer be reached and was last (2018) a redirect to "workotter.com" - which is a similar software solution which doesn't currently have a wiki article; could also be a rebrand of VPMi?: https://web.archive.org/web/20180421020353/http://www.vcsonline.com/

Anyhow: I couldn't find any documentation about a switch in brand identity and the software doesn't seem to exist anymore so in my opinion either:

- someone familiar with the software should restructure the article it with up-to-date information or turn it into a historical article (if relevant?)
