[edit]there needs to be an article for VICTOR NORIEGA the jazz artist
Víctor Noriega is not 36 at all...in fact all of the ex members of the group Garibaldi are over 40. I was a teenager when Garibaldi were famous in 1990 and all of them were over 25. Even so, his sister Lupita studied with me at Universidad La Salle and she's younger than him.
