Vaclav Kotva was an actor of less prominent roles in film and TV, but nontheless his acting was appreciated and in the Czech context he is reknown. I will add more information about his appearances in movies and TV (cca 30 movies) to justify his relevance for wikipedia.

PS: I am not in any personal relation to Vaclav Kotva :) It is just my interest in compiling articles on the region of Rokycany in the Czech republic that motivated me to start the article
