Chronology uncertainty

I've removed some duplication from the Uxbridge Vine Street article, since it is relevant to the whole line. However, some dates specified in the former article contradict the sources here:

Line converted to standard gauge in October 1871
Track was doubled in 1872

I'm not sure about the day/month on these, since [1] states differently:

The branch closed to passengers 8 September 1962
and to goods on 13 July 1964
