Did this cause the 1977 renumbering....
[edit]Many Utah state route articles mention the 1977 Utah state route renumbering. While researching this, I stumbled upon the fact that when this route was SR-84 it would have intersected I-84. Could this confusion (two routes with the number 84 intersecting) been one of the primary impetuses for the renumbering? It's speculation, and that's why I didn't include it. If anybody finds anything definite please list it.Dave (talk) 23:34, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- The problem with Utah highways is we have a few sources: UDOTs logs and history references, Dan Stober's highway dealios, and for those who have access to them, old maps. Perhaps one day there will be more information on the matter, but for now, the resources are limited besides UDOT's detailed collection. CL — 23:45, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
