Methods section
[edit]The following text does not belong in the Methods section.
With respect to user research in the field of design, research is typically approached with an empathetic perspective in order to humanize data collected about people. This method can also be referred to a human-centered approach to problem solving. User researcher aims to uncover the barriers or frustrations users face as they interact with products, services, or systems. A unique facet of user research is the brand of user experience (UX) research which focuses on the feelings, thoughts, and situations users go through as they interact with products, services, and systems.
Also, all the methods can use a short description in a table format. Most of the text is just copy-pasted from the NN/g article. It can be rewritten. And maybe add a process section, defining the user research process of defining the problem, selecting the approach, planning the research, data collection, Analyzing the data, and reporting results. Also, the article can use images.
