[edit]As far as I can tell, the acronym USAF has no meaning in the context of cypto$. Instead, it appears to be a common typo/misspelling of UASF. For example,
- "The BIP (still without any number) recommends an User-Activated Soft Fork or USAF on August 1st"[1]
I propose to add a sentence to this effect at UASF and USAF_(disambiguation), unless someone who knows more about this topic than I do tells me that USAF stands for an actual thing in the context of crypto$, other than the United States Air Force.

- Correct, USAF is a typo and has nothing to do with this subject. – JonathanCross (talk) 01:58, 13 July 2017 (UTC)
No RS notability
[edit]There appears to be no evidence of real-world notability at all for this - literally every source was crypto news sites and user-generated content. Maybe there were passing mentions in news coverage at the time?
Until and unless we can find something substantial to source this as a standalone article, I've redirected this to Bitcoin_scalability_problem#Soft_fork - perhaps there's somewhere better - David Gerard (talk) 07:48, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
