Someone had embedded in this article what looked like a substantial amount of a corresponding German WP article, in the original German, but surrounded by hidden-text tags so that it did not display. I am guessing this was a preliminary to translating it. None of the recent edits have used this text, and all recent edits are quite small, so I don't think this is a translation actively in progress. I've removed it because text from other-language WP projects must be acknowledged when it's used; if this article is being translated, it should be marked as such, to credit the original authors at German WP. It's also pretty confusing when most of the source text of an English-WP article is in a foreign language. I am sorry if this has caused problems to another editor who was actively translating. If this is you, can I suggest that you add translation tags to this article, and keep the text you're working on somewhere in a sandbox or separate file?
