Photograph should be added from a source with a free license
Basic biographical information required, including date and place of birth, positions held with dates etc
Lead should emphasise reasons for notability of subject
References should be expanded to cover sources unrelated to the subject. They should preferably be converted to inline format
External links present which could be used to expand article
