Not clear - if removing (Ramayana) is an advantage, and Urmila is the primary topic in books, then the Urmila dab page would perhaps be moved to Urmila (name). In ictu oculi (talk) 22:05, 4 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose no rationale provided for deleting the destination and merging it into a hatnote here. No rationale provided on why the disambiguator is not needed. Comment Urmila was originally a redirect to Urmila (Ramayana) before I added another link to it and converted it into a disambig. But later I noticed that [[Urmila (disambiguation) already exists. Further all other Urmila have a second or last name attached in the title itself except Urmila (Ramayana). So I proposed moving Urmila (Ramayana) to Urmila.
