I think it's unnecessary to have the school district linked twice. I noticed @Gab4gab added the link in the first paragraph back after I removed it, but I've typically only seen links added once in articles for the first instance of the subject mentioned. @Nophunintended0: I think it's not a significant problem to link the district twice. After all, the main function of infoboxes is to summarize content from the article body. From my perspective there are a couple reasons to keep the link in the lead. Per MOS:INFOBOXPURPOSE, the article should remain complete with the infobox ignored. Consider that when viewed in the Wikipedia mobile app the infobox information is not seen by the reader unless they take additional action to reveal it. The lead is the beginning of the article so that link is the first occurrence of the district. First occurrence based on when it is seen by the reader, not where it appears in the source markup.
