[edit]Hi Ss112, just wanted to say I don't appreciate the edit summary you left the other day ("prose sections go before track listing and wikitables in later sections, I'd think an experienced editor who creates articles in other namespaces to get around creating content on another user's redirect would know this"). It reads as very passive-aggressive and mean-spirited, although perhaps I'm wrong about that. Regardless, I didn't make the Unlocked (Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats EP) namespace to get around anything. Saw Denzel's 13 EP is up at "13 (Denzel Curry EP)" and assumed that was the proper format for EPs. I am experienced on Wikipedia, but not so much for music-related articles, so I didn't mean to make it seem as if I was trying to get around anything. Also didn't know that all prose sections go before track listings (specifically that the accompanying film would go before the EP proper's tracks). Thanks for your edits, though. They were helpful. Best wishes, Soulbust (talk) 05:18, 17 February 2020 (UTC)
Requested move 19 March 2022
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: not moved. Notwithstanding the Instagram story cited by nominator, there is consensus against describing the subject as an EP, since a preponderance of reliable secondary sources refer to it as an album. Unlocked (Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats album) → Unlocked (Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats EP) – According to Denzel himself, it is an EP and not an album. Castlepalace (talk) 23:03, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
- It should be without the quotes tho, my bad. Castlepalace (talk) 23:05, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
- I've gone ahead and removed the quotes. It should therefore be moved to Unlocked (Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats EP). Castlepalace (talk) 10:20, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
- Comment. If this is indeed an EP, the title should be Unlocked (EP), since that is unambiguous. The article's references, however, seem to use the word "album"; are there other sources that confirm it's an EP? 162 etc. (talk) 16:45, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
- An Instagram story might not seem like a very reliable source, but this was recently posted to Denzel’s official IG account: https://postimg.cc/njBgthJb (link contains a screenshot of the story) Castlepalace (talk) 08:01, 21 March 2022 (UTC)

- Oppose: Most sources have "album", I'd stick with the majority rule here. QuietHere (talk) 17:03, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
