De facto defunct?

Since the 1989 accord was unilaterally abrogated by the DND, does that mean all provisions (including this police force) from the agreement are now de facto defunct? —hueman1 (talk • contributions) 09:48, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Law enforcement agency?

Im not sure this fits the category of law enforcement agencies. Seeing as this is not supervised or even connected to the PNP, would this mean it is actually like a Category:Private police? As per main article, a law enforcement agency is "any government agency responsible for the enforcement of the laws." But it isnt right?--RioHondo (talk) 11:38, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
