The History section require modification

It seems some earlier historical facts have not been included in this article. I am propose to improve the text to reflect the history better in this Wikipedia page. Essentially, it seems an older name for this university exists, even older than the one included in this article. According to several sources, when first established, the university used to be called "The University of Azerbaijan" or "The State University of Azerbaijan," In what follows, I will mention some of them.

Currently, in this article, the history of the University of Tabriz is reflected such that it seems it was founded in 1946 under the name "University of Azarabadegan." 1) However, according to several sources such as William O. Douglas, who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, who was visiting the area in that decade, the university was founded at some point between late 1945 to December 1946, during the reign of Azerbaijan People's Government, under the name of "University of Azerbaijan" not "Azarabadegan." On the 44th page of his book in titled "Strange Lands and Friendly People"(a book published by Harper & Brothers Publishers in New York), Douglas states the following:

"The University of Azerbaijan was founded with two colleges-a medical school and a school of literature...The cultural aspects of Azerbaijan were emphasized."

2) In a book entitled "Iran Between Two Revolutions" (Princeton University Press, 1982) by famous American-Iranian historian Ervand Abrahamian, we read the following on page 231:

"The Azerbaijan government has not only accepted a just compromise but has also built schools, roads, clinics, a university, lowered consumer taxes..." Also like the others, he doesn't mention the name, but he acknowledges that the university was founded by the Azerbaijan People's Government. Thus, it is hard to believe an Azerbaijani government will put a Persian name (from his rival culture) for the universe he establishes.

3) More recently, on page 107 of a book/thesis by Irina Morozova [Morozova, I., 2005. Contemporary Azerbaijani Historiography on the Problem of" Southern Azerbaijan" after World War II. Iran & the Caucasus, pp.85-120.] she states the following:

"On January 6, the National Government of Azerbaijan charged the Azeri-Turkish language with the status of the state language and announced the establishment of the Azerbaijan State University in Tabriz. (The University was opened on 12 June 1946, and the core body of its staff consisted of professors and specialists from Soviet Azerbaijan.)."

Other similar sources exist and can be cited.

Additionally, the first chancellor's name, who was appointed in 1946, also wasn't included. The second one is "Khanbaba Bayani".

What is suggested here:

1. Addition of the provided information (i.e, older name and who established the university) to the History section.

2. Former names modify in the right sidebar such as University of Azerbaijan (1946–1947), University of Azarabadeghan (1947–1979).

3. Established correction in the right sidebar 1946 [not 1947].

4. Inclusitopn of the first channeler's name in section "Chancellors": Nosratollah Jahanshahlou [1946-1947], Alma mater University of Tehran, Speciality Medicine.
