Does the Children's division of Women's and Children hospital merit its own page? It would seem like the most appropriate place for this information would be in a subsection of the University of Missouri Women's and Children's Hospital page (which already exists). In light of the issue box point regarding this article's self-advertisement tone, perhaps any information that doesn't exist on the Women and Children's article could just be merged into it?
