Suggestions for UMPI Wikipedia Page
I'm a student at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. While scanning UMPI's Wikipedia page, I thought of several suggestions for expanding upon the material that you already have. For example, right now the History section only contains one paragraph. I'd suggest making the History section longer, perhaps with information about UMPI's early curriculum and how many students graduated from its first class. A good place to start would be this website: http://pages.umpi.edu/umpi-history/narrative.htm.
Since UMPI has made a shift to personalized learning within the last few years, a good idea might be to highlight those efforts. There's an article in from "Inside Higher Ed" that you might find useful that was published soon after UMPI announced its transition to personalized learning. I also noticed that the page doesn't include information about UMPI's Houlton Higher Education Center in Houlton, Maine or the MMG Center for Professional Development on the Presque Isle campus. As an UMPI student, I've seen how important those centers are to the campus community and think they deserve more recognition. Prospective students would also benefit from knowing about those educational options.
My final suggestion is to expand upon the Faculty and Alumni sections. I know of many professors on campus that have published books and conducted research that has gotten local and national attention. UMPI also has many alumni who have gone on to achieve great things in their professional careers. Alana Margeson, a teacher from Caribou, Maine, was named Maine Teacher of the Year in 2012. Patrick Manifold, class of 2013, has gone on to become a professional basketball player and a motivational speaker. Reading about what past UMPI students have achieved can, in my opinion, encourage many high school students to enroll at UMPI and seek out their own potential.
I hope you'll find these suggestions helpful as you edit your page.

Edit request partially implemented
- The references suggested as replacements were verified as appropriate and implemented.
- The references suggested for removal which were not supplied with replacement references were not removed — the reason being that their removal would have left the information unreferenced. Given the choice of using primary sources or nothing, the preference is to use the primary sources, per WP:WHYCITE.
