College of Medicine Tucson/Phoenix Split

The University of Arizona College of Medicine no longer has a Phoenix campus. The campus in Phoenix is now a separate college with separate provisional accreditation.[1] This article needs to be forked and re-titled University of Arizona College of Medicine—Tucson to reflect this.
