Please define "simulate", "standard" in context
[edit]- a standard quantum computer can be programmed to simulate any local quantum system efficiently

Simulate is what it means. Like simulating a video game system with an emulator, or how the machines in the Matrix simulate reality for your brain to plug into. It isn't scientific jargon.
