Species name

In binomial names, species names are not capitalised, only genus names. How do official documents from this case write the name? What is the source for the name of the case? FunkMonk (talk) 09:06, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the court doc. I have no objection to any references to the genus names in the article referencing the species being uncapitalised but we need to refer to the main name of the article the same way it is referred to in the courtroom. Per MOS:LAW, names for articles about legal cases are styled according to the citation convention for the jurisdiction that handled the case. -- Notecardforfree (talk) 07:18, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
