I don't see why this article needs a wider scope, since a CDL is required only in the United States and therefore CDL training isn't really offered anywhere else in the world, at least not under the same name and with the same parameters. Ktkt1234 (talk) 19:49, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
