"Rocha" vs "Sailors"

The section in question is specifically about one sailor, Joseph Rocha. Continually changing it to the generic "Abuse of Sailors" is not only mis-capitalized, it is inaccurate. Stop what you are doing or explain the changes here before doing it again. The constant editing is approaching the level of vandalism. Eddie's Teddy (talk) 13:35, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Needs a rewerite, bad
