Too detailed

While I appreciate the effort someone at the Navy put into this article, it is far too detailed and contains too much technical information IMHO. I have reformatted the article so it is a little more comprehensible, but it needs expert attention. --Thetrick (talk) 05:56, 8 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
