Ranking Member

I see that a senator is the Chair, but is the Vice Chair also a senator? Other joint committees have one chamber with chair and the other chamber with vice chair. So I'm wondering if this was an error or if there is a source that lists the chair and vice chair. -Abstractematics (talk) 21:18, 14 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
