Question

[edit]

Why is Neil Gorsuch listed as a Circuit Judge when he has been a Justice on the Supreme Court for the past four years now? Am I missing something here?

@SpicyMemes123: "The United States is divided into thirteen circuit courts of appeals, each of which is assigned a "circuit justice" from the Supreme Court." Gorsuch was assigned to the Tenth Circuit, he is one of six of the current justices who were assigned to circuits on which they previously sat as circuit judges. Map error

[edit]

The Wyoming district includes sections of Montana and Idaho, which are also under the purview of the tenth, making the map incorrect. Stidmatt (talk) 22:46, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
