This needs to be added in the History section:

"On February 5, 2019, MGM and Annapurna Pictures rebranded their US distribution joint venture as United Artists Releasing, reviving the United Artists brand to release both MGM and Annapurna films as well as third-party films, with the distribution teams of Annapurna and recently relaunched Orion Pictures (whose films will be added as well) joining the venture and former Screen Gems executive Pam Kunath joining as COO in addition to the heads of MGM and Annapurna joining the board of directors. The decision was made to coincide with the UA brand's 100th anniversary, and has plans to release 10-14 films a year through the new label, including the domestic release of Bond 25 (which marks a reunion between the UA brand and the James Bond franchise in two decades)."

 • United Artists Releasing was addressed by adding a new section. As the UA Digital Studios is a trademark of UA Corporation, while UA Releasing is a continuation of the Mirror joint venture renamed and enlarged with Orion Pictures joining up. Spshu (talk) 23:52, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

Some of the information on this page is wrong. UA Corporation (the original UA) continues to exist as a legal entity that owns the UA trademarks and some copyrights for the James Bond and Rocky franchises. UA Digital Studios is just a completely seperate entity from UA Corporation that only borrows the trademark, just ike UA Media Group before it; plus, UA Releasing is its real successor. Can you please change the wrong info? 148.0.145.29 (talk) 23:05, 27 August 2019 (UTC)

The information is not wrong. An entity can go through multiple business forms, being a division then incorporated following be deincorporation to become a division again then becoming a LLC, then reformed as a LLC in another state. (There were business that operated through multiple corporation!) Thus following legal entities would disconnect the full story of the business if at each different formation there was another article in the above sample, the business that is subject of the article would instead be disjointed into five articles. UA Releasing would not be UA Corporation's successor even under how you want it to be treated as there is an actual Mirror Releasing, LLC, thus is know to be just borrowing the trademark as is UA Digital Studios as it operated under MGM, Anapurna and Mirror labels (depending on who produced the film) prior to switch to UA Releasing. There is no know business entity for UA Digital Studios and the digital studios started using the UA name first, thus consider the continuation of the general UA business — after all UA did go into film production. Are you lying? The info you added IS wrong. UA Digital Studios isn't a continuation of the general business. It's just a little digital studio, and nothing else. It has no connection to the original UA whatsoever. UA Releasing IS a continuation of UA in general, because it's supposed to be a reinvention of the original UA in 1919. It's just a combination of the MGM/Annapurna joint venture and the abandoned UA film assets, and its logo is even registered by UA Corporation. And the venture isn't originally called Mirror. The October 2017 articles didn't say the venture was called Mirror; it had no name and and they only said that Mirror was the name of a separate releasing entity under the venture for third-party movies only. 148.101.7.203 (talk) 20:05, 28 August 2019 (UTC)
MGM made it a continuation using the UA name, they own the trademarked name. It is your assumption that UA Digital Studios "has no connection to the original UA whatsoever". MGM as the original UA Corp. (or its current successor) decides what UA is, they choose to use it for their digital studio. No source indicates that UA Releasing is a joining of "MGM/Annapurna joint venture and the abandoned UA film assets". MGM is really the original UA as the current UA Corporation was incorporated in either 1986 or 1989 (two records at Deleware State Entity Search, Delaware will not release which is the current unless you pay them).

Within hours of meeting with the critics, Turner signed tentative agreements to sell MGM, which officially became his less than three months ago. He will sell the movie production and distribution end of the business to United Artists and the Culver City studio facility to Lorimar-Telepictures. ¶ But he’ll retain the coveted library of MGM films, which will be used to further his grand goals.

The famous MGM name and Leo the Lion logo will go with its motion picture and television production and distribution and home video businesses for $300 million to United Artists Corp. UA, which until March was the other half of MGM/UA Entertainment Co., said MGM will continue as a separate "production grou.(sic)" A spokesman for UA controlling share- holder Kirk Kerkorian said it has “not been decided” whether to incorporate MGM again into the corporation’s name.

Why would they reunited the UA library with UA Releasing (which is a theatrical distribution company not a Home video company)? To reunited UA films with UA Releasing would deprived MGM of its main library. Makes no sense as they are like not going to release them to theaters. Where is your source?
"It's just a combination of the MGM/Annapurna joint venture ... And the venture isn't originally called Mirror. The October 2017 articles didn't say the venture was called Mirror; it had no name and and they only said that Mirror was the name of a separate releasing entity under the venture for third-party movies only. " Since it originates as the MGM/Annapurna joint venture, it has origins other than as a revived UA, and is a renaming of said venture. Whether or not you agree that the joint venture is name Mirror Releasing is irrelevant. Mirror is a "separate releasing entity" then who staff that entity as best it is a label of the joint venture along with that of the two co-venturers for their releases.
Mirro Releasing LLC formed on October 11, 2017 Annapurna, MGM Joint Distribution Venture Rebrands as United Artists Releasing: "executive Pam Kunath has been named COO of United Artists Releasing" Statement of Information: Mirror Releasing, LLC : "California Agent Name: Pam Kunath" Spshu (talk) 14:38, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
You're not getting a few facts right here. I'm not saying that UA Releasing was reunited with the library or whatever, I'm trying to indicate that UA as a film studio went inactive in 2011 after MGM emerged from bankruptcy as an independent production company and financier and its operations haven't been used since, which wasn't until MGM's joint venture with Annapurna was expanded in February 2019. Plus, according to the UA Releasing website, that expansion and rebranding was meant to celebrate UA's 100th anniversary and that the joint venture has strong similarities to the original UA from 1919 to 1981: An independent film distributor without any studio or production facilities that gives creative freedom to filmmakers without hampering their work; and according to this page, UA Releasing's trademark/logo is owned and registered by UA Corporation, so those make them a successor. Also, Mirror was actually used by the joint venture as a banner for third-party movies and only released two of them made by LD Entertainment, so it was ran by the same people who ran Annapurna's old distribution operation (which was spun off when UA Releasing's formation was announced) and distributed a few movies for MGM, who borrowed Annapurna's operation to handle their theatrical releases last year. UA Digital Studios is just a separate production unit that isn't related to UA in general except for the brand. 197.220.169.153 (talk) 01:05, 30 August 2019 (UTC)
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. 148.0.145.29, I see no specific request of what you want it changed to. — MRD2014 (talk) 23:45, 1 September 2019 (UTC)
Can you apply these changes here please? And this is another source I already provided. 41.234.38.4 (talk) 01:22, 2 September 2019 (UTC)
No. We are not restoring the edits of a banned sockpuppet. Aoi (青い) (talk) 03:29, 2 September 2019 (UTC)
