Quick-Fail: Here are just few points that make this article appear nowhere near a GA.

Lead- pretty bad. Not only poorly written, I'm not getting a flow and things just seem to come up one after another. It needs a re-write.
Sources- Large number of them won't considered as WP:RS by me.
Ref need- Many facts need ref.
Prose- It is not good enough and needs copyediting.
Neutrality- There exists few peacock terms and some lines doesn't make me comfortable as they need to be written from a NPOV.
Odd note with no ref
See also section has too many extra things
The article is full with maintenance tags and many are needed.
