Hey, shouldn't this be "Russian Translators Union/Association" (or "Russian Translators' Union/Association")? The double genitive doesn't sound good to me, and besides, it sounds like "the union of those who translate Russia" which is ridiculous.
Maybe I'm wrong, and I don't want to just go and edit the page, but whoever is interested, please give it a thought.
