[edit]Axissxing 18:23, 11 July 2007 (UTC) Wikipedia is not a propaganda tool where information is to be withheld where the initial writer or subsequent reader finds the information uncomfortable. The dismantling of Rabbi Dunners post is of great significance to the history and story of UOHC. Radaktor, in the future when you have issues with sources on a wiki edit, please insert the {{Not verified}} or {{Unreferenced}}tag and do not edit as per the wikipedia guidelines.
- Exactly. WP is not a propaganda tool to be used for spreading hearsay WP:AWT. Use proper sources to support allegations WP:RS. --Redaktor 22:12, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Axissxing (talk) 23:22, 10 February 2008 (UTC)JASpencer, Please try and step away from your obvious interest in Joe Lobenstien for a moment. Adding Joe like this out of context wrongly portrays Joe's role within the Uohc. As the anonymous editor states (Removed Joe Lobentein no reason for him to be singled out over say Rabbi A Pinter, the Freshwaters, or any other high profile committee member.
I know that you created Joe's page and you appear to wish to link to it, however to add it in this manor is at worst a distortion of facts at UOHC and at best a blatant attempt to link to the page you created.
I have nothing against Joe but please, don’t spoil/use the Uohc article like this.
Niturei Karta funding controversy.
[edit]I do not think the niturei karta funding controversy is worthy of mention and would like to remove it, as:
- it is a minor footnote in the UOHC's half-century history
- Calling it a controversy is a bit of storm in a teacup. Niturei Karta may be considered extreme within Zionist circles but that is their POV, in the grander scheme of things their position is not considered extreme (except it being surprising that Orthodox Jews would take that stance).
- The only source is a bit of tabloid journalism from the Jewish Chronical which was later subject to a vigorous defense via letter pages in jewish press. If we were to include every accusation by the Jewish Chronicle (a liberal-jewish weeekly) against this Orthodox organisation this article would be much longer!
Comments? (I'll take extended silence as assent after which it should be discussed here first). --91.104.139.86 (talk) 15:13, 26 May 2008 (UTC) Ash
Chaim Halpern controversy
[edit]The section on this controversy has been persistently vandalised and/or deleted. There is every reason for it to be here - it is noteworthy and well sourced from several newspapers, and contains no details of the allegations beyond those specifically reported in the press. Please be alert to vandals. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.67.203.142 (talk) 12:26, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- I've reverted it out and semi-protected the article because adding that material is a violation of WP:BLPCRIME. It should not be added back. Dennis Brown - 2¢ © Join WER 14:40, 25 December 2012 (UTC)

Please remove Nishmas Yisroel from the list of shuls affiliated with the UOHC. Nishmas has never been affiliated with this organisation and there are no plans to become affiliated. 144.82.106.19 (talk) 18:05, 25 December 2012 (UTC)
- Done. Thank you. Adrian J. Hunter(talk•contribs) 18:54, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
