It seems very difficult to find the list itself online. It's not as if that list can be copyrighted, and I think anyone who has seen the book would argue that there's more to it than that bare piece of information (nor do I think even the publisher would be so deluded to believe that anyone would shell out for a copy merely to find out), so why not have that list here?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.194.127.36 (talk) 14:225, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
Please help this orphan article by adding links to it in related articles and lists. Once it has an incoming link from at least one article or list, the orphan tag can be removed (disambiguation pages, redirects and draft articles do not count). Three or more incoming links are ideal. The Find link tool may help, but not in all cases.
