Permanent Under-Secretary of State for War
[edit]I came across a newspaper article that states that Sir Edward Ward was Permanent Under-Secretary of State for War from 1901 to 1914.[1] Should this position be mentioned in this article?--User:Brenont (talk) 20:01, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
Possible edit needed re Henry Page Croft, 1st Baron Croft
[edit]Wikimedia received a communication (For OTRS agent sticket:2018071410003737) Indicating that Sir Henry page craft received a peerage in May 1940.
I think this means that:
[[Henry Page Croft, 1st Baron Croft|Sir Henry Page Croft, Bt]]
should be replaced by
[[Henry Page Croft, 1st Baron Croft|Lord Croft of Bournemouth]]
But as an American who barely knows anything about titles, I prefer that someone with a little more knowledge make the change if warranted.--S Philbrick(Talk) 16:23, 14 July 2018 (UTC)
Indeed. Change made.George Burgess (talk) 06:51, 15 July 2018 (UTC)
