- Yes, it probably is. With Universities switched on to "public impact" you see these expert panel appearances listed in their own academic profiles under impact and are claimed as part of educating the public and reaching out to the public. Ref to List of In Our Time programmes. For the Encyclopaedia these have the key benefit of the BBC making the podcasts permanently available and it's a chance for our readers to hear the academic speaking in their field. --Fæ (talk) 10:12, 29 December 2016 (UTC)
