- Clarity of the topic might benefit from a table. I.e. which loan was approved when, when paid out or withheld, forgiven, etc. and with a TOTAL line, too. There is not much info on who provided the IMF with these funds, because the IMF itself does not generate profits or taxes. So which countries provided the IMF with these funds? If there is space, conditions could be mentioned, too. I.e. At some stage the IMF mandated land sales to monsanto for a loan. Whether that land was purchased by bayer with the monsanto purchase or not, could so far not be clarified.
