I was in Kampala a few weeks after the Nov. 1 handover took place, and wound up visiting the URC offices, so I know who the CEO is and have a few pictures. I've added the CEO's name and background, and will see about uploading a photo or two. Dan 08:30, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
