the link http://upu.ac.ug/ is not current as of 2010-02-18

Google suggests http://ucu.ac.ug but that ha been an Anglican university (as long as Church of Uganda is in the Anglican churches )

Perhaps this is a bad link, but google has no record of any pages off upu.ac.ug which is an anomaly.
