I search Google, and find that there are 1,130 results for "Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education", and 132 results for "Ugandan Advanced Certificate of Education". I think "Uganda" is right here.--Zhangdeming (talk) 15:26, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
