I placed the POV tag when creating the article because it is pasted from a US government website. Because this comes from a US govt source it may not be neutral, but I don't have the expertise to judge. The tag is fair. I don't see any horrible inaccuracies, but it portrays Museveni in a less than neutral light. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.59.153.76 (talk) 18:11, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
