I believe that the illustration given is wrongly marked up. The arrow points to a low amplitude high frequency (almost bifid) wave which I interpret as an ectopic P wave embedded between the T wave and a U wave (almost invariably a low amplitude, low frequency deflection). This is at best confusing, and at worst, plain wrong! Kitb (talk) 14:36, 17 October 2014 (UTC)
