Cities in Time Zone UTC+04:00
[edit]As per the last revert of my contribution, I am trying to understand why only have 3 principal cities listed? Other time zones have more than 3 cities listed; examples include UTC+07:00, UTC+08:00, UTC+03:00, etc...
In addition, what was the reasoning behind selecting those particular 3 (Dubai, Baku, Samara)? And what is the rationale behind excluding the others?
I have added Yerevan and Tbilisi to the list as both cities have over 1 million inhabitants.
