Sister ship to the SS Eastland?

Hello everyone. I just finished reading Jay Bonansinga's "The Sinking of the Eastland: America's Forgotten Tragedy". The book mentions that the SS Theodore Roosevelt was the sistership to the ill-fated Eastland. Is that true? And if it is, shouldn't it be mentioned in this article?
