Scott -> Kee Lung

I received a message from Hydonsingore saying that he had sent e-mail to the ROCN General Headquarter and received a reply that confirmed Kee Lung was formerlly Scott. "At a steal ROCN paid just over $690 million for the four Kidd class destroyers, giving them equal footing with that of the US Navy's newest AEGIS Cruisers and Destroyers due to their extensive AAW capabilities." Since when does Kidd class have the same air defense capabilities as AEGIS cruisor. It lacks both the phase array radar and the AEGIS computer system for simulatenous tracking, targetting as many enemy aircrafts as 100.
