CG affiliation?
[edit]Not all references are as equally clear as this one as to the transfer to the Coast Guard and the dropping the name Niagara immediately after WW I with no delay. Most other references seem to think this was done around 1922. Future Admiral Ghormley commanded a Niagara in 1920-22. What else other than this one? Student7 04:54, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
