Submarine picture instead of Ehime Maru picture
[edit]In the upper right, why is there a picture of a submarine where either the Ehime Maru's picture or no picture ought to be?
- Because this is an article about a submarine, not the Ehime Maru or nothing. ➥the Epopt 00:49, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
- Ah... I was tricked by the redirect on the Ehime Maru page. It links back to the USS Greeneville page. :) --FFLaguna 06:47, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
Name?
[edit]Why was it named for Greeneville, TN? Seems like a small, random town to get a submarine named after it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Awiseman (talk • contribs) 18:04, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
I was always under the impression it was named for Greenville, SC. I'll have to look for confirmation.Garand70 (talk) 18:15, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
Why is there no mention of the boat winning "Battle E" under (I believe) Hankins? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.87.169.97 (talk) 04:54, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
Seems like a lot of high praise for Hankins ... appropriate / verified? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.218.5.113 (talk) 03:34, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
