Upgraded page

Replaced old blue infobox with newest light blue ship infobox, added data as necessary. Added new first paragraph defining ship's career. Verified text with DANFS and then added information from Roosevelt's book, and then Wikified the whole thing, adding "see also", cat, ref, etc., etc. Could not find a photo, but there should be one since this ship played an important role in battle.Wikited (talk) 19:51, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
