One vessel or two

It appears to me that USS Anemone IV (SP-1290) and USS Anemone (1908) may be the same vessel, or alternatively that the DAB currently [1] confuses the two.

http://cdn.worldheritage.org/articles/USS_Anemone lists both but has articles on neither. That same site's page on the other vessel by that name appears to be either a non-compliant mirror page or alternatively the source of a copyvio at our end. A related but different issue either way.

http://www.uscg.mil/history/webcutters/cutterlist.asp lists only one vessel, and has an article

http://www.uscg.mil/history/webcutters/Anemone1908.pdf on it, which indicates to me that they're the same vessel, but I'm not completely convinced.
