Errors?

Ok, have searched internet, and the data I find for USA-135 and USA-134 is all scrambled up as to which one is which. Date, launch vehicle, launchpad location, manufacturers, satellite type, all of it varies from one website to another. I tried to sort it out, but no one source of info seems reliable for this.
