Assess : newly added and existing articles, maybe nominate some good B-class articles for GA; independently assess some as A-class, regardless of GA status.
Cleanup : * Sport governing body (this should-be-major article is in a shameful state) * Field hockey (History section needs sources and accurate information - very vague at the moment.) * Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing. * Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."

Hi Howard the Duck, thank you for reviewing the UNTV Cup seasons articles! May I ask you to check this specific article if you have review points? Thank you in advance!
Hi Howard the Duck, thank you for reviewing this article! May I ask for more details about the issues and steps to perform so I can improve this page? Thank you in advance!
I guess after so many years that Howard the Duck disappeared and nobody wants to make another review of this page, I will remove the tag at the top of the page. bise tanod (talk)
It's been eb a decade and no improvements. Same one source article that is intricately written. Please do not remove tags without improving this a whole lot. Howard the Duck (talk) 03:24, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My apologies also if this was not replied to in time. The tags are meant to be self-explanatory. I know there is a learning crisis in this country, but let me explain each tag further:
Intricate detail: I can probably understand playoff games, but the regular seasin game results are all listed chronologically. Like even the 2023-24 Premier League doesn't even do that. This is deserved for continental-level events, and this tournament is nowhere near that.
Single source: Hundreds of references are from UNTV.
Primary source: Hundreds of references are from UNTV, which organized the tournament.
I know hundreds of references do make sure this tournament looks like it's more important than it really is, but I suggest checking out the PBA, UAAP and NCAA basketball articles on how they are presented. Even volleyball articles are slightly better. Howard the Duck (talk) 03:50, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If you have just explained it this way for the past few years, and in a not rude way, I would have gotten your point earlier, time is not wasted, and we could have gotten this nonsense finished. I'm wiling to comply, but since I'm not a professional editor, I have no background how to correct everything. All I needed were kind words and guidance. I'm expecting you will not give either. bise tanod (talk) 03:52, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No one here is a professional (except perhaps WP:PAIDEDITING and WP:COI). If you do not want your work to be edited by other people mercilessly and be feedbacked (is that a word?) upon, Wikipedia is not for you. There are plenty of other Wikis for you, and you can even create a separate UNTV Cup Wiki if you are able to. Howard the Duck (talk) 19:27, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've reverted your removal of justified tags. Removal without action is WP:VANDALISM and may be reported the next time it happens. Please work on the article first before removing tags. There are examples previously given, again, I know there's an education crisis in this country, but it wouldn't hurt to read the articles cited as examples.
The article structure and bracket doesn't even make sense. I can't understand the "Quarterfinals" section. "Advanced to the semifinals from second round"? What? It is supposed to be another "group stage" or a playoff format? Why is there a QF section in the brackets, with "TBD", then we see the rest of the tournament progress from that? It seems that the top 4 teams from the quarterfinals make it to the semifinals. Is that right? Again, there are examples of similar formats found in the articles I cited earlier. It pays to read.
