Copyright problem removed

One or more portions of this article duplicated other source(s). The material was copied from this URL: http://www.rsssf.com/miscellaneous/cwc.html. The internet archived version of May 2007, here, verifies that the material there predates its introduction into the article here in June of 2007. Though the website publishes a license that permits reuse with attribution (which was not provided), it explicitly reserves all other rights.
