No, this is not appropriate. UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience is one particular grouping of a small number of researchers (about 20 senior staff; http://www.icn.ucl.ac.uk) focusing on the neuroscience of cognitive processes. This is one component of UCL Neuroscience (about 400 senior investigators) which incorporates a much broader range of researchers. The ICN is one component of the 'cognitive' theme of UCL Neuroscience.
