I'll do this review. --Starstriker7(Talk) 07:48, 1 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Criterion 1

[edit]
  • In Route description: "US Bus. 20 exits Wesley Parkway" - Are such abbreviations allowable?
I did define the abbreviation higher up in the paragraph, so I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed. I actually mucked up that abbreviation; it should be US 20 Bus. –Fredddie
  • "It was extended into Iowa in 1929 overlapping US 20 across the Combination Bridge and onto Perry Street." - add a comma between "in 1929" and "overlapping".
Done. –Fredddie
  • "After sections of I-29 in South Dakota opened up allowing traffic to utilize bridges crossing the Big Sioux that were built in 1958," - add a comma in between "opened up" and "allowing traffic".

"scoured the dirt and rocks away from around the bridge piers causing them to fail." - add a comma in between "bridge piers" and "causing them".

Done. –Fredddie
  • "show US 77 ending at I-29 meaning the route" - add a comma in between "ending at I-29" and "meaning".
Done. –Fredddie
  • "meaning the route was shortened in the interim." - This sounds awkward. Is there a better way to phrase this?
How does it sound now? –Fredddie

Criterion 2

[edit]

Everything checks out here.

Criterion 3

[edit]

In my experience with reviewing road articles of this sort, I find that this article does cover all main aspects. It is well-focused.

Criterion 4

[edit]

The article does not advance any agenda in its wording.

Criterion 5

[edit]

The edit history is quieter than Idaho during the Civil War.

Hah! –Fredddie

Criterion 6

[edit]

All images' copyright statuses check out. Captions, where necessary, are succinct.

Overall comments

Good work, Fredddie. Just a few nitpicks with grammar, and then this article is set for GA. :) --Starstriker7(Talk) 08:26, 1 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You missed one, but I took care of it. I'll pass the article in a moment. --Starstriker7(Talk) 03:45, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
